The large stained glass windows overlooking the Villa's park fill the restaurant with light and is the perfect setting for guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special care was taken to ensure comfort and to provide the right decor as well as a cuisine that offers typical dishes of Italian tradition with particular attention to Liguria and Sanremo recipes and also a healthy diet cuisine. Selected ingredients come from the Mediterranean sea and land: vegetables and aromatic herbs, fish and white flesh meat are used in the delicious recipes proposed by the chef, accompanied by the traditional focaccia bread flavoured with the "Gold of the Riviera”,extra-virgin olive oil DOC “Riviera ligure” and sprinkled with a good white wine, Pigato or Vermentino, or a red wine like Rossese or Ormeasco, all with rigorous DOC denomination.
